Cleric Niyaz Moulavi passed away

Presidential advisor on Muslim Affairs Mohamed Niyaz Moulavi passed away this morning, the government information department said. President Rajapaksa appointed Niyaz Moulavi in 2008 as his Coordinating Secretary on Muslim Religious Affairs.
